Saline Traffic Case Differences
Marshall publishes payment channels, a noon deadline for certain processing, and a warning that failure to respond may lead to an arrest warrant or driving-privilege action. Slater places its court at the Saline County Courthouse on the second Tuesday at 3 p.m. Sweet Springs holds court on the first Monday at 6 p.m. and lists counter hours from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m.
These are three different court routes. A payment rule from one city should not be applied to another. Missouri law also restricts arrest warrants for some qualifying traffic infractions and uses a second notice instead. Other noncompliance can reach Department of Revenue procedures. Ask the issuing court for a compliance receipt and whether it has sent the needed update before treating the case as cleared. Keep the receipt and check any separate license hold with the Missouri Department of Revenue. Ask which receipt the state needs.
